Dears,
A compilation of articles written by Tomazinho Cardoz and published in the
Gomantak Times in the recent past is set for release as a book on 05 December,
2008 just hours before the GBA meeting to discuss the implications of the Draft
Regional Plan 2021 in an environment where the TCP Departments Town Planners
are hesitant to go to the villages for Gram Sabha meetings as envisioned by the
now defunct Task Force and announced by the Chief Town Planner.
Time to think of Goa as one will see it in 2021. Your views, Ladies and
Gentlemen.
