beautiful views encompassing

main southern beaches of
Goa,
along with the foothills

Western Ghats.
In earlier times this calm water cove served as the safe harbor for the
Arab dhows trading with Goa. The Portuguese had a customs clearing post
at this site. Near by there is a railway track of the southern Railway and the
Zuarinagar railway station.
