Confining myself only to the Indian context as I am unaware of facts in other countries, I would like to state that Freedom of Religion and conversion is legal and guaranteed under the Constitution of India. 3. Regarding utilisation of foreign funds, all recipients of foreign funds are subject to audit and have to compulsorily file their returns with the Home Ministry every year.
Now, would Dr Barad kindly inform us how much the VHP, Ekla Vidyalaya, FTS and other sundry sangh parivar organisations receive from Indian and foreign sources? Also whether they have been auditing their accounts and filing returns with the IT authorities and also with the Ministry of Home Affairs?
