I did not say MOST came from outside Goa. Most were definitely from Goa.
But I was certainly amazed at the numbers from other states coming in, I saw
it myself. I had gone to Cuncolim for a seminar that day and on the way
back home the roads were full of vehicles coming from Karnataka ,Kerala and
Andhra. I even saw some from Orissa and Tamil Nadu. And across the Mandovi
vehicles from Maharashtra and Gujarat. Again I saw at least 1 each from
Rajasthan and Delhi.
