Thanks for that information. I had no idea there were children of Goan and 
African union born in East Africa that were sent to Goa. This is an interesting 
snippet of information. I was actually referring to the children born in Goa. 
There was always a battalion of African soldiers stationed in Goa, and soldiers 
being soldiers had an eye for our Goan beauties. These children could be left 
at a state sponsored orphanage and I was curious to know the name of the 
orphanage. Some were adopted as "affiliades" by Goan families. I must mentioned 
here, that despite the stigma of illegitimacy, some Goan women chose to raise 
these children single-handedly by themselves. I really think that women's 
liberation started in India and not in the West.
