Thanks for bringing this news on Goa net. Reminded me of good old days when we
got
together in NY in Church basement when first time our Goan ladies and gentlemen
were
urged to dress their Best for the occasion and it was a big occasion. Also all
the
functions thereafter
Reminds me of Tony Pereira who with family was always there to help.
Xavier and Bella to assist. And so many others -some of them passed away,- that
helped to cook and decorate for the feast and New Years Eve Dances.
Glad that old tradition is still going on and improving every year.
I am specially thankful for Peekskill people -sorry I cannot remember names-
but the
whole gang
came together for all celebrations specially picnics.
