To Goanet - As part of the ongoing contempt petition against the CCP apropos of my PIL on Panjim, the Amicus Curiae has asked for a fresh round of photographs taken on Feb 11, 2009. The request is urgent. Now I could do this myself, but I won't. I would like to see if there are volunteers among the citizens of Panjim who will help out this time.
All you need to do is take photos of encroachment, public urination/defecation, paanwallahs, hawkers, loiterers etc in the city and email them to me by 3 pm on Feb 11 (Wed). I shall then make prints and do the needful. Regards, r
