To Goanet - I received the following link from Norman Matloff, professor of Computer Science at the University of California-Davis, in response to my asking him for his reaction to the latest litter by Tom Friedman. Prof. Matloff has been a longtime critic of the H1B visa programme and its abuses. He is also au courant with the exaggerations about India's imagined prowess and ability for innovation in tech.
