As per reports on front page of todays Gomantak Marathi, Roses were sold at
normal prize of Rs.5/- per piece. Venders fixed the prize at Rs.20/25 at
start of the day but gradually reduced and face the burn of over
expectation. Anil one vender from Panaji said that 50k roses were stocked
in Panaji Market alone. However sale has been only 20k . Similer news they
have received from other markets of Goa. Goa import roses from Bangalore,
Otty and Pune.
