Let me see if I understand you correctly: since Floriano is a friend of Timblo, it is okay for Floriano to give Timblo a pass. Correct? Timblo is also Digu's friend. Every fellow of any consequence in Goa is a friend of all the 40 legislators, so I guess whatever it is they want to do ought to be fine. After all, what are friends for?
