First of all, Amitava who?

Feel sorry for you and me. First, sorry for you that you are so out of this
world, perhaps cocooned in your Goan self that you do not see outside of it.

Second, sorry for myself that I thought you were very knowledgeable on things
Indians and, by extension, things Goan.

Google Amitav Ghosh, for your own safe.

On the other question about the rich and famous "bhaile" making Goa their home,
can I ask you if you would dare to kick them out. Perhaps, you should make a
video on these well-known bhaile instead of the poor and the underprivileged
who have taken shelter under the Goan sun.

As a Goan myself, I too feel the pinch that these "bhaile" are coming in force
to Goa and, in many instances, displacing Goans or taking away their jobs.
True, some of them are coming to enjoy the Goan hospitality and also run away
from hell-holes in the rest of India. Owning property in beautiful Goa is
indeed an incentive for these rich Indians.

As it is said, the more hype one creates about a place the more it becomes
attractive for outsiders. Goa the Good, Goa the Beautiful, Goa the Paradise are
slogans that have now come to haunt Goans. Such is the way the world revolves.

Lastly, feel sorry for Goa.
