PANAJI: Delay in replacing a faulty meter at the Dabolim airport has cost the
state exchequer Rs 1.31 crore, the Comptroller and Auditor General of India
has pointed out. The CAG observed that the energy meter developed a fault in
December 2003,
and was replaced only in October 2006. In the intervening period, the consumer
was billed for units lower than its actual consumption. And as back billing is
restricted to a six-month period, the scope for recovering this revenue is
remote. It pulled up the department for delaying repairs with “such a big
consumer”.

MY OWN ANALYSIS TO ABOVE NEWS:-

However susegad GOANS are, Goans would never have done such grave mistakes or
delays or taken it so susegad from 2003 to 2006. I chose to think this way to
console my ownself.

This type of DELIBERATE delays are done by only those GOANS (a) who obtained a
ration card in 2003 on arrival at railway station in goa (b) who never had
bikes to reach quickly (c) who were thinking repairs has to be done with sewing
machines.

Now with the safe receipt of bikes and sewing machines, probably the WORK all
over Goa will be done on time and properly. But....but...but... the PAYMENT for
letting work to be done by these (a,b,c type of Goans), will still have to be
paid by GOANS only, and very dearly.

Why ?

Because our mentality is to work with the best of SUITS and leave the pockets
empty. And there are those (a,b,c-Goans) who come as electrician,
telephoneman, mason, carpenter, coconut plucker, fisherman, bhellpuriman,
fruitseller and not even tucked the shirt inside the pant, but check out their
pant pockets-they have enough in it and has even taken a peice of Goa's
mother-land.

Remember whatever easy tips we get , will go easily to these outsiders, not
because they know, but because we did not learn these simple things. And we did
not even know how much our ministers have already put us in debts. 4500 crores
is what I heard latest.

In all the happennings the result is that:

- outsiders get what they want from the ministers

- ministers give freely to the outsiders

>From where?

Yes, exactly from Goans pockets ( as rightly indicated above-state exchequer)

So is it right to sit at home and not to vote?

OR

is it right to elect the same manipulators?

OR

will be wake up ,check the candidate and vote the right one?
