In Macau and in a few years the yank have made a killing with their casinos. They are so ambitious and greedy that their investments are now going down the toilet. With these investments there are hundreds of arrogant US people working. None of them forage for food instead they have large pay packets and enjoy good and safe life. (Probability of mass killing as it happens in the US everday does not happen here). BC I did not write that report but a 17.5% poverty rate sounds about right for a third world backwater where gambling and prostitution are the primary industries, and the local residents get subsidies from the government:-))
