President Barack Obama is allowing Americans to make unlimited
trips and money transfers to family in Cuba and easing other restrictions
Monday to usher in a new era of openness toward the island country ruled by
communists for 50 years. The White House made the formal announcement during
presidential spokesman Robert Gibbs' daily briefing with reporters in both
English and Spanish.

from Cuba, had to travel all the way to Toronto to catch a flight to Cuba.

The restrictions that have been removed apply only to Cuban Americans. Here is

Excerpt:

Barack Obama today lifted restrictions on Cuban Americans travelling to Cuba
and relaxed controls on the transfer of money to their relatives on the
communist island.

there are no loud US citizens there.

Mario responds:

Based on the posts on Goanet, it is certain Canadians who are loud and
obnoxious and prone to blatant misrepresentations that others have to then
waste considerable bandwidth correcting.
