Cuban American just took flights to those countries, and then on to Havana. I believe that it was Cuban Americans who took advantage of the connections via Central/South America and the Caribbean. re [2]: That is incorrect. If anything, restrictions are REMOVED for Cuban Americans. It makes sense - as they are more likely to have loved ones in Cuba than would (say) Goan Americans. jc
