Secondly, I must have deleted Mario's email without reading it. It seems 
strange that there are restrictions only for Cuban Americans. Whats next  
Restrictions only for Goan Americans??

Here we see Mervyn confirm that he was in such a hurry to be critical that he 
responded to my email without even reading it.  Then we see that even after 
reading it, he still gets it wrong.  So, let me try again.

The previous restrictions on dealings with Cuba were on ALL Americans.  Now 
certain restrictions are being lifted only for Cuban Americans.

No restrictions are being contemplated for Goan Americans.

Memo to Goanet: I had to add the last sentence to try and give certain members 
as little chance as possible to misinterpret what is going on.
