Well, if he wins, he will have to dance to the tune of UGDP. If not face disqualification (as in the past) Matanhy may have fought several battles but he did so as Matanhy Saldanha or as GRE,GMAS etc not necessarily as UGDP For this Matanhy should have gone alone (as independent) and then it was upto to him who he supports.
