"Social concience" 1) A bhatkar, in Loutolim, stopped his mundkars from planting in morods - land was lying fallow for years until sold in last decade for residential use. Fortunately for all concerned, he did not evict the mundkars from their homes 2) Some bhatkars allowed their mundkars to continue planting, with the current issue that the second/third generation is not bothered about tilling, resulting in land lying fallow. Meanwhile, bhatkar pays foro.
