Hi Tony, I understand that you may not mean what you are saying in real terms. Its not easy to be a cook although one often heard in the past, "to kitem.... randpachem kaam korta?
I knew one Goan guy who would spend a few days at our place in BPT, Wadala when he landed before travelling to Salcette. He was a Chief Cook I believe on some ship. Once he locked up a British Officerr in the walk-in fridge 'cause he was being harassed by Colonial Overlord, Esquire. Once the frozen bloke was found, our Goan toughie (real tough, carried huge duffel bags up three floors) was promptly off loaded and sent home. Now imagine if he was a cop. A cook fit to police and scare the bejesus out of these barrao's. (Now the tangent) He came over once in the fond hope that I would agree to marry his daughter, and seeing that I happened to be by myself suggested we drink. He was thoroughly horrified when he realized that I had drunk over half the Solan (I think) bottle neat. That's was it. Anyway, those drinking days are over in any case. venantius j pinto > From: Tony de Sa <[email protected]> > Subject: Re: [Goanet] Serial Killer: 12+2 is the latest tally > > > The Goa Police are not even fit to be cooks! > > -- > ???? > > Tony de Sa >
