Carlton & Gina Braganza are a lovely young couple in Bangalore who started out
in business just a few short years ago with an investment of Rs 40,000 in an
event management company. They are a great example of synergistic talents that
complement each other: Gina, all 90 lbs of her, is a business strategist
powerhouse. Carlton is a visual artist, singer, music entrepreneur and
producer.

Combine the two and what have you (now) got? A burgeoning industry built on
what marketing people wd call line extension after line extension.

It started with Bangalore's single most exciting night spot, Opus. Built around
a yard of coconut trees in the very heart of Bangalore, it's universally
referred in the local media as the "Goan hotspot" for it's mix of music, fun
and . . . Goan cuisine. Opus is open eight days a week, and there are seldom
less than 300 young people (and one geriatric couple) crowding it almost any
night.

So after taking their O'Bus on  the road over a month's frenzied activity of
national concerts, so popular is this brand called Opus that now there are new
Opuses springing up as fast as Gina and Carlton can get them going - in
Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai . . . and shortly in Goa too.

>From there it was almost an obvious leap to the world of hotels - and the
>first one (the O'Tel)is already up and running in Bangalore.

And now another incredible first: MyOpusRadio, India's first 24-hour online
radio with nine channels of international music. (Just go to
www.myopusradio.com and find out for yourself.)

Gina and Carlton were interviewed on CNBC, India's leading business TV station
recently. Do Click on the link below to see it.
