The certificate is being refused when presented to them for the marriage transcription. Such refusal is totally illegitimate and lawful intentionally to cause harassment and inconvenience. Several developed countries and other European countries are accepting this certificate and it is internationally recognized. Can anybody advice what remedies are available and what to do in such a scenario? Shashi
