----------------------------------------------------------------- Reading the reported proceedings in the print media in the Goa House made me wonder if the parliamentary system adopted in India is still the same with Congress MLAs criticizing the Government which is also Congress. Is this acceptable behavior? Even though I did flirt with the study of Law for a couple of years, decades ago, all this is beyond me! Can anyone clear the air for me? I always thought that it was the role of the Opposition, and Opposition Leader in particular to do so, and nor the Ruling Party MLAs. I am sooooooo confused. Help!
