Very well said, Joao.

This is the glaring example that there is no government governing Goa. It is an altogether 'FREE FOR ALL' If there was, then what the government does/says is the onliest thing to do/say with all ruling side guns trained at the opposition to defend the government's moves. That is.... if the government is functioning ..... co-ordinated actions et al.

The very fact that the ruling MLAs and Ministers are at logger-heads with their own government and with one another only goes to show that the ruling government is working at cross-purposes with itself because there is no CO-ORDINATION OF ACTION.

That means EVERY ONE OF THESE GUYS ( WHO HAVE GOT THEMSELVES ELECTIED ON THEIR OWN STEAM BY PURCHASING THE PARTY TICKETS FOR HUGE SUMS OF MONEY) THINKS/WORKS/ACTS ON HIS/HER OWN FOR HIS/HER OWN SELFISH INTERESTS.

Hope Goans realise this fact.

Reading the reported proceedings in the print media in the Goa House made me
wonder if the parliamentary system adopted in India is still the same with
Congress MLAs criticizing the Government which is also Congress. Is this
acceptable behavior? Even though I did flirt with the study of Law for a
couple of years, decades ago, all this is beyond me! Can anyone clear the
air for me? I always thought that it was the role of the Opposition, and
Opposition Leader in particular to do so, and nor the Ruling Party MLAs. I
am sooooooo confused. Help!
