All of Goa's schools can be supplied with mid-day meals which are centrally
cooked in two or three centres. I had read earlier in Outlook that this was
being very successfully done in AP. Goa is a small state and this is a God
given chance to prove out mettle (We Goans like to pretend we are different
from the other 'Indians'. so here's our chance to show we are different.)

\What the Goa Government needs is a little bit of vision and a few dedicated
workers who do not see every opportunity as a heaven sent opportunity to
make money. But I suppose that is asking for the moon.
