I am always amused by Indian delusions, like the vaunted
"Research & Analysis Wing" (oooh, that'll scare the Chinese away)
which is really a gaggle of govt twits busy putting down samosas
and chai every couple of hours, while using govt cars and other
taxpayer-funded perks for themselves, their family and relatives.
Not to mention the numerous "study" junkets to Western countries.
As for Goa, it has effectively been dismantled, and this without
Chinese or Paki help. It was made with home-grown weapons of
mass destruction (aka ghatis, Dilli savages etc). The perverse
Indian model since independence has been to move from one
idyll to another and muck it up irrevocably. Dehradun, Simla,
Matheran, Ooty, Pondy, Panchgani, Pune, Bangalore etc - and
now, Goa.
