Sr. Oscar Lobo merits congratulations from all quarters for keeping the Goa flag flying. I guess Oscar takes alot of his private to hold events and produce the MelGoan mag. There are some who will bonk and bonk and nao fazem nada. In Macau it is no different the malcriada zat wil bonk like sunheh but produce nothing worthwhile.
