(1) You dont spend too much time in India to recognise my key fact

Mario responds:

I grew up in India outside Goa, so I know your "key fact" that Indians
integrate into parts of India they do not come from but have migrated to is not
a fact at all.

My family lived in Jabalpur from the mid 1920's to the mid 1980's and were no
different culturally from the Goans in Maharashtra or Bengal or anywhere else
in India though we did speak Hindi as well as any Bhayya and even ate "paan" on
occasion:-))

Arwin wrote:

Lets focus on whats "Right or Wrong" for Goa and not whats "Legal or Not
Legal";

Mario observes:

"Right or wrong" are for Holy Joes, Holy Janes, Padres and dreamers.

Governments are run on "Legal or Not Legal". Wise up.

(Legalities are driven by needs of the people of the soil and not vice
versa; if laws have to be changed to protect people of the land then so be
it)

Mario responds:

I keep telling you to go ahead and change the laws. You can't do that by
wasting time on Goanet:-))

Arwin wrote:

(Perhaps you need to see some laws in place in some Indian States which
protect their identity)

Mario responds:

Even if they exist the laws in other Indian states don't apply to Goa.
