I disagree with the Mario's that the "closely-held beliefs" are etched in stone. They are a reflection of the times, and will change with the times. Mario responds: Nice try, Fred, but you are disagreeing with your own straw man. I did not say anything was "etched in stone". I said that liberals like Patrick Kennedy and yourself selfishly try to disrupt even a religion for their own social experimentation, when they can easily leave the membership and then are free to use their free choice to say and do whatever they want. Whether a Church's belief is "etched in stone" or not is not the issue. The issue is that individual renegade members cannot be allowed to sabotage the teachings of the Church as they stand based on their own selfish social or political benefit.
