Whilst we in Porvorim were getting a trickle of water after 3-4 days at any
strange timings,One of the residents of Devashri Gardens Porvorim, was shocked
when I mentioned this ,since they had "a well maintained swimming pool and
water 24x7."Sign of things to come?
