The Chief Minister's very need to emphsise that Goa is a safe place for
tourists in his address on Goa Liberation Day............................
Mr. Chief Minister, we Goans do not feel safe in our own land any longer.
Your Goa may be smiling, but we Goans are crying.

Once upon a time the master's dog used to bark at the master's hand sporting
a stick. Today's world has changed and the barking dog is replaced by the
ever willing hand/ear licking poodle, necessitating the Master to wear
protective coats on the hands/ears lest S/HE loses hand/ear to massive
abrassive licking :-)).

PS: Now a days they breed only the ear/hand licking poodles for watch-dogs
at the people's legislative assemblies. Breeders got the business smell
after Matanhy's marathon licking escapade of the BJP's hands and ears.
PPS: Goa's Need of the Hour. .......... What's that???
