Human activity has little or nothing to do with climate change, as we see from the evidence of Mars and Venus. It is far more plausible to blame the sun globally and things like de-forestation and particulates from uncontrolled fossil fuel burning at local levels. You still haven't grasped the notion of who gets to decide all the government action you seem to want - which is only to be found in N. KJorea, Cuba, Zimbabwe, Venezuels, Nicaragua, Bolivia and a few other economic basket cases. India, China, Russia, etc, all tried your ideas before throwing them on the thrash heap of history where they belong.
