Sorry, I specifically asked the question to the UK readers. This is not a scientific question, but a plain investigation, in my own way, into what is and what is not "massaged" data to suit current thinking. NASA's data could also be subject to suitable "massaging" in its own way to get govt funding. BTW, when did NASA come into being? 1880?
