Folks,
Is there a suggestion box or some such window for the Goa state education board?
What I think the state definitely need to address, is to impart education
related to 'Traffic Rules' to Goan kids, right from elementary grades. As the
kids grow older, they would be fully aware of road safety and traffic issues.
Currently, hundreds of Goans die on Goan roads, mainly due to unsafe traffic
negotiations. This program could save a lot of lives. A weekly class to address
'Traffic Rules' would be great.
Does anybody agree?
