Someone I know in Angola, Harish <[email protected]>, wrote in to say they were on the lookout for "some Portuguese translation once in a while. They are civil engineering and architect based documents."
While this is the immediate need, I've also been interested in building a database of other Portuguese-English translators, as the question of available skill often comes up. In my view, a place like Goa needs to build on its translation skills, and this could stand it in good stead in time to come.
