Ask him how he ordered the PWD department and the TCP department to issue provisional NOC for the Raheja's in Carmona. The minister in writing ordered the TCP department to issue a provisional NOC to devleop 90000 sq. mts property into 15 nos plots on the basis of a NOTE issued by him to the PWD to acquire a 10 meter road upto the property of Raheja's. The acquisisition of road if undertaken will involve in demolition of the compounds walls of the local and also reduce their exisitng setbacks and even demolition of houses and religious structures. There is no absolutely no possiblity of 10 meter road beign acquired without demolising the compounds of the locals. The minister behaved as an agent of the Raheja's in Carmona. Ask him if is elected by the Goans or the outside state builders. He has collected the votes on the promise of save Goa and not sell Goa.The locals from Carmona needs a answer from the minister. We have obtained information under the RTI Act. Orlando S. A. Da Silva Member V. P.
