[Goanet] GBA's volcanic eruption

There is a lot of ash flying into my mail box as a result of the recent 
volcanic eruption within GBA. Can someone help me to understand as to what 
are GBA's objectives?  What is the structure and process of Regional 
Planning that it advocates? What is it's stand on mega (gated) housing 
projects in Goa's villages? Whether those in decision making positions 
within GBA are free from conflicts of interests in their association whether 
directly or indirectly with politicians,  mining, construction industry and 
other questionable development in Goa?
