Dear Soter, The GBA has been shown to be a fraudulent organization composed of impotent self-serving blighters. Everyone now knows about the case of Dr. Oscar Rebello, the fellow who "danced footsie" (his own words) with Digambar Kamat, and his hoodwinking of the Goan people. Rebello's unmasking and exit from GBA did not mean all that much. The rest of the rat pack remain ensconced in the rotting GBA sewer. The GBA is now a handy prop for the Kangress govt games while it is screwing Goa and Goans. The tale of the architects in the GBA masquerading as Goa savers is another saga of scam to say nothing of the other pretenders, the financiers in the Saturday Night Club, the mercenary bhaile ex-editors - all worms squirming in the same gutter. Let me refresh the collective Goanet memory of the GBA stink.
