Hello everyone, We have great news! We have received an overwhelming response to the GOA Cabin trip on September 24-26. Unfortunately, we have to cut off attendance due to this amazing response. We're at capacity. The site has very strict rules about head count. And so, any checks received after today (May 18, 2010) will not be included in the listing.
Please see the attachment for the names of people whose checks we have received and who have a cabin confirmed. If you are on the attached list, we would like you to please reply only to [email protected] as soon as possible with the following details: 1) Name of the person(s) attending 2) No of Adults 3) No of Children (under 18) 4) Contact telephone No. 5) e-mail address Please provide the following information to [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> We also wanted to inform you that because we have exceeded the minimum number of people, the camp site requires that we pay an additional amount for each person above the standard allocated number for the group site. It is possible that depending on the total number of members, from your responses to Mira, that we may have to charge an additional (small fee) amount per cabin. Once we receive the above responses from all of you attending, we should be able to estimate the additional amount and will let you know accordingly.
