The Goan common man had to go to the gulf to make a living. This has helped the
common devanagri bokdes in Goa to also survive. Besides the earnings have
helped those build houses.
I am told that panchayat walas have built houses and Goans know what are the
means used. With the current rate of colonisation thrust upon Goa since 61
what is the hope for the common man? The current regime cannot even provide
basic amenities for the common man except for the large colonial investments.
Is there any governance in Goa for the past 48 years?
As for devanagiri, this script was utilized in various government journals and
one of them was the Economic Journal of Goa. So please do not bshite on this
forum. I can scan the pages for gnetters to read.

Post 61 Goans had to live with ration cards.
