Mr Churchill conveniently forgot he is a public servant. As an elected representative he has to maintain the decorum in public life. His comments come from the gutter and gutter he should be sent. People of Goa demand apology not excuses. NGO's are part of the society wherein he is elected to serve and they have all the rights and privileges to protest as per the provision on constitution and his right is to remain silent not call names. Regarding his so called scarifies for Goa, he must be joking. To count his scarifies one must count the political parties he has changed? Does he know in which political Party he is currently now?
