REPONSE: Since small I had always heard about "Tarvoteancheo hobreo", but thought that it was the ignorant Goans of the good old days. But I see that they even exist till date, ones who blurt out without confirming the facts, and think the rest all are dumb. Confirm the news at the below and hundred other sites if the ATC did not loose contact with the flights. It says only the battery operated VHFs could function, which in all probabilities are the hand held ones as the UPS too conked.
