Here comes Frederick the ethnic watch dog for the migrant cause in Goa. 
Everyone else must fight corruption while his mouth is locked and hands are 
tied to ensure acceptability of the establishment to avail government 
schemes.  Frederick must first show what he has done to expose corruption in 
the last 5 years.
