To Goanet - I can understand Admin Frederick Noronha taking the time to carry Digu's water. After all, what are loyal poodles for? Especially poodles who are kept fed with grants from one of Digu's depts.
Admin Noronha and his wife Pamela have in the past blamed all the rampant construction in Goa on my telephoto lens (see Goanet archives). They claim it is all a mirage and/or an exaggeration.
