To Goanet - According to today's Herald, "renowned doctor" (and equally renowned footsie dancer) Dr Oscar Rebello "created a stir" by stating the blindingly obvious, "that doctors at government hospitals are being pressurized to give false medical certificates."
Clearly this is a bombshell revelation if you have been living in the same cave as the Herald folks. But there's more. We have the doctor's prescription: Dr. Rebello: "...to overcome the problem the government needs to set up a medical board, which consists of 3 or 4 doctors." In other words, the doc's cure is to strengthen the disease. What does the fellow do, just string together a bunch of words and pray that they may make sense? Regards, r
