Digoo and Wishiwashijit are very much concerned about the welfare of their 
senior goan citizens. The weather is very bad and they could catch a 
terrible chill out there along NH17 at Porvorim. That would also involve 
more constables employed there to keep vigil there and less in hand to 
deploy for the boom shankar rounds in the coastal belt. After all the 
government has got more economically productive tasks to be carried out 
rather than keep their manpower occupied in non-lucrative work. This is a 
Golden Glow government.
