As usual, Frederick Noronha is wrong.
I was subsidized by the Goan taxpayer (of which my family
was a pool) and it had nothing to do with Jawahar's "vision."
Two, FN has his brains (or whatever he has for them) up his
you-know-what, for he does not realize that the very thing he
praises Jawahar for ("vision") was actually no vision at all. Guys
basically got a free ride at the expense of the impoverished
Indian masses. "Vision" is very easy when you can get
someone else to pay for it. This is the "vision" that FN praises.
Now my turn:
FN should tell us who is subsidizing him. Is FN, who was
denying and/or playing down the rampant construction in Goa,
paid by anyone to spread this misinformation? Now that FN
has gotten busted he ought to feel free to divulge whom he was
secretly carrying water for.
I have more than paid my debt to Goa for the kindness its citizens
bestowed on me, through the (substantial) taxes I have paid all
these years, and through other philanthropic, social, economic
activities. Whereas Admin Noronha, the purveyor of lies, has
been the despicable leech - mooching off the Goan taxpayer
while shilling for his paymasters.
