This is, of course, a serious topic.  For example, while it is
true that the IITians got a free ride at the expense of the
masses, one can today see the impact many of them 
are having in India through the money and expertise
they have brought back to the motherland.  Whether the 'vision'
and policies put in place by Nehru were worth all this
has been a matter of serious debate.  Admin Noronha has
neither the necessary knowledge & the historical background, 
nor the intellectual capacity to engage in this discussion.  So
the thing to do is deliver a couple of cyberslaps to him and
be done with it.  But be warned: you will not make it into
the next edition of his 1 million great cyberGoans list.
