TO WHICHEVER GOVERNMENT AGENCY/MINISTRY IT MAY CONCERN

I HEREBY MOVE THAT THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF GOA MOVE, IN AN ESPECIALLY
CONVENED SESSION IF SO REQUIRED, THAT THE NAME OF THE M. V. "THE RIVER
PRINCESS" BE, HERETOFORE OFFIIALLY CHANGED TO THE M.V. "THE ANIL SALGAOKAR
ALBATROSS."

THUS, AT THE VERY LEAST, ONE CONTRIBUTION OF THE INFAMOUS GOAN MINING BARON,
ANIL SALGAOKAR, WILL BE INDELIBLY IMORTALIZED IN THE ANALS OF UNMITIGATED
VAGARIES
PERPETRATED BY HIM UPON GOA.

I, MOST SINCERELY, FEEL PAINED THAT THE WICKEDLY GREEDY ROBBER BARON MOST
UNCARRINGLY
DRAGS THE NOBLE TRADITION THAT HIS LATE FATHER; V. M. SALGAOKAR, OF CHERISHED
MEMORY
HAS LEFT BEHIND HIM.

I ALSO FEEL SORRY FOR DATARAJ SALGAOKAR WHO VISIBLY HONNOURS THEIR FATHER.

I HAVE CONFFERED WITH SHIPYARD PEOPLE HERE, IN SWEDEN, AND THEY LAUGH AWAY AT
THE
BUDGETARY AS WELL AS LOGISTIC DIFFICULTIES THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF GOA/INDIA
STATE
THEY FACE TO CARRY OUT THE TASK; HAVING A PERENIALLY GULLIBLE GOAN PUBLIC TO
DEAL WITH
THEY HAVE NOTHINGSG TO BOTHER ABOUT.

MOST INDIGNANTLY
