I have asked a simple question, since all whom I ask cannot fathom what is going on.! 1)Illegal entry into Port 2)By-passing all rules3)Ran aground as result thereof and enquiry held4)No one indicted or brought to justice5)Matter even gone to High Court 6)Madgaonkars could have easily removed it when it went aground.Goan expertise and availability in Goa, not encouraged and in fact belittled/ discouraged by government7) Experts and consultants and God knows how much corruption and kick-backs indulged 8)Beach ruined permanently and at present endangering all our beaches 9)Now we have Salgaonkar Mining Industries repeatedly appealing to Government in many front page advertisements in all the dailies stating they will give Performance Guarantee to complete removal by June 2011 at no cost to government !Anil Salgaoncars conscience pricking, making amends? The ship is rusted and I doubt will be much use as scrap? No Insurance will pay. I mentioned Nandkumar or Aires because these guys speak knowledgeable deep facts and generally do not indulge in rhetoric which leave none the wiser
