Dear Friend,
This year is unique as it has brought celebrations together – Eid & Ganesh
Chathurthi.
Eid marks the end of Ramadan and is one of the most important of festivals
observed by our Muslim brethren. Ganesh Chaturthi is the grandest of all
Goan Festivals. It is celebrated with devotion and gaiety all over.
When we bring home Lord Ganesh, we bring along with him all our wishes, our
hopes and our aspirations. This year let us all worship him to bring in a
bright future for Goa – a future devoid of evils of corruption, price rise,
etc
When we immerse him, this chaturthi, let us immerse the evil demons of Non
Governance, Lawlessness, Corruption and Price rise.
May Vighnaharta take away all this evil and bring forth a just and firm
Government in the country and especially in the state of Goa.
